Dave was magnificent. He was extremely patient, explaining the process to me at every step. He is knowledgeable about the City and the market over many years. Mostly, I felt like I had a friend on my side who happened to be an expert. I ended up buying a house that wasn’t on the market (Dave’s estimate of the value was EXACTLY what the appraiser said). The whole experience had many twists and turns and I never would have had the confidence to do all that without Dave behind me.

We did get into a situation involving a probate ruling that delayed purchase. David was available and used his business relationships to help us through that hurdle and into our co-op
