Melanie exceeded my expectations of a realtor in every way. She was not only personable and energetic but responsive at every turn. I had to find a property on very short notice (as I was transitioning quickly from one job to another, and moving across the country). I would not have succeeded if Melanie had not been so on top of everything. She even helped me with the home inspection and with finding a painter to repaint my condo because I was traveling abroad between the time of the offer and the closing. She has since provided me with some many helpful contacts for workmen and cleaning services in the area. Melanie has my highest recommendation!
