My family was relocating to the east coast from the Midwest and looking for a rental. I was flying in town for two days in order to scout homes, so timing and logistics were critical. I corresponded with Cathy prior to my arrival via phone, email and text in order to schedule a house viewing. Cathy was very responsive and easy to work with. Her listing was one of 9 that I visited and ultimately settled on. Cathy was not only very helpful in showing me the house but was very knowledgeable about the local area, school system, and things to do, etc. Finalizing the lease and closing out all paperwork and requirements was a breeze and Cathy kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I’m extremely happy with all her work and efforts! I would definitely refer her to anyone in the area.
