I highly recommend Jack Hill to anyone that is either buying or selling in the New Haven, CT area. Jack sold our house in less than a month in a sluggish real estate market. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market itself and the area. He is exceptionally attentive – responding to emails,  phone calls, texts immediately. He provides exceptional service – giving us pointers on what we needed to do to best show the house, staged parts of the house, and brought in a professional photographer to take phenomenal pictures. We had to move out of state before the house closed and Jack took care of everything. The house closed yesterday and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
