I discovered Jack by chance when buying an investment property in New Haven and he is the best real estate agent I’ve worked with in many years of buying property for myself or for investment. He is accessible and responsive. He knows the local market exceptionally well and he is extremely  honest – laying out the pros and cons of a property whether it be economic, aesthetic, or functionality. His follow through is excellent; even after the sale has closed he has been a professional resource.
