We worked with Melanie Gunn from Seabury Hill in the purchase of our condo in 2018 and again to purchase our home in 2022. Melanie is incredible. She did an amazing job in guiding us on our first home purchase in 2018, but we really appreciated her brilliance when we were trying to find a home in this crazy real estate market. For an entire year, she worked tirelessly to identify listings and make herself available for showings. She always gave us invaluable advice and insights along the way and helped us make quick and informed offers on properties. I am not sure that we would have found and secured our home in this market without her expertise and skill. The icing on the cake is that she is incredibly kind, patient, accessible and easy to work with.
