Cheryl is always quick to respond to an inquiry and seemed to be able to make herself available whenever she was needed. Her honesty, straightforwardness and candor are much to be prized. Cheryl’s knowledge of the intricacies of buying and selling real estate was most impressive and she is the most ethical Realtor I have ever done business with. In our case Cheryl represented both buyer and seller to the satisfaction of both. Not an easy task! We would use Cheryl again in any real estate transaction and have recommended her to many of our friends. We cannot recommend her too highly.
