We were really lucky that it was Jack who responded to a blind message I sent in to Zillow about the property we were interested in. He turned out to be the best possible person to deal with. He was straightforward and accessible and always a pleasure. His deep knowledge of the community, from growing up there, was immensely helpful to us, and we always felt that we were in good hands. He also carried right on through the process. He was critical at the closing, and then afterward, he kept supplying suggestions for local services and people.
