Melanie Gunn was  very patient with these 1st time home buyers! We started our search in February while we were still living in CA. Even though we were not in CT until July Melanie was available to check out homes for us and make honest recommendations for us. No wild goose chases. It took us almost a year to purchase but Melanie guided us through every step of the process. In the end, we found a great starter home that checked a ton of boxes for us at a reasonable price.
