We recently purchased a house on Autumn st, New Haven. Jack was our agent and during the process, he showed us what an ideal realtor he is, especially after some frustrating and disappointing episodes with our previous agent. He is patient, good humored, up beating, always full with energy and  pleasant as a person. As an agent, he knows his business well, all together the whole purchasing process for us was very smooth and pleasant. Don’t quote me on this, but he does show up with a bottle of champagne on the closing day. We recommend him 100%.
