I highly recommend Melanie Gunn at Seabury Hill. This was my first time buying a home. Melanie was so helpful with answering all of the questions I had about the overall process and also about the local area and market. Don’t worry about missing anything either. Her attention to detail is spot on. She’s not afraid to crawl under a house to check out the furnace, go into a basement or a spiderweb filled attic. I think we must have looked at over 30 houses but she never slowed down! She was always available to schedule a showing or squeeze me in to go see a house last minute. When the time came for me to put in an offer (actually different 3 offers) she was there for every step of the process. The online platform their company uses to fill out forms and sign paperwork is also extremely easy to use. I am now happily sitting in my new home, working on fun improvement projects every weekend and have recommended Melanie to several friends already. You cannot go wrong with Melanie helping you find your next home.
