My husband and I worked with Melanie Gunn to purchase our home in West Haven, CT. This isn’t our first home purchase (it was our third!) and I will say this was our easiest by far. Even though the market is a bit crazy at the moment, working with Melanie was a breeze. She got to know us and our needs quickly and was incredibly responsive and attentive. We were moving from NYC to the New Haven area so we were new to the area and found ourselves in a very competitive market. Even with that, Melanie worked with our crazy schedules and found us a variety of wonderful potential properties. Once we selected a home, Melanie was with us every step of the way. From our home inspection response to our move-in, she made sure we had what we needed to be successful. I am going to be using Melanie again when we need to rent a home for my parents, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate agent on the shoreline.
